Braised turkey legs with sweet potatoes

Turkey is low in fat protein.I small legs that are used to hold a fairly large frying pan / skillet
Use a coward for this recipe
This recipe is perfect as a winter dinner.

Ingredients:

2 small to medium-small turkey legs cleaned.
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp each
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp cayenne pepper or chili powder
1 cup hot water
Salt to taste
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
1 large sweet potato cut into chunks or thick rings

Method:

Marinate turkey legs in garlic paste, ginger powder, cinnamon, cayenne pepper over night or at least 4 hours
In a / great legs flat pan add olive oil and brown
Remove from oil
Add 1 cup tomato paste with hot water, Wooster sauce, soy sauce and salt to taste
Bring to a boil and add the legs and cook for 20 minutes
Add sweet potatoes and cook until the turkey is cooked.
Serve hot! Sprinkle a teaspoon of dried parsley or fresh parsley. (Optional)
