Sev Ni Kheer (Sweet Noodle in saffron milk)

It's been a while since I posted.

Here is a plate on the basis of convenience noodle wheat and saffron infused milk candy with nuts garnish.
If you have for breakfast or serve hot or warm as a dessert!




Sev Ni Kheer (Sweet Noodle in saffron milk)


Ingredients:
1 liter of milk (full fat)
1 pinch of saffron
5 tbsp sugar (add less sugar, then adjust to your taste)
2 handfuls of roasted vermicelli or plain end
A handful of nuts: chopped cashews, almonds, pistachios.
1 handful of raisins (optional)
½ cup freshly grated paneer * (optional)
3 cardamom pods
Few lobe (Jaiphal) door at the top of kheer

Method:

Toast the nuts in a little clarified butter until they are lightly toasted.
Add the raisins and toasted
Keep nuts and raisins aside
Add water ¼ cup milk color saffron infusion for 10 minutes
In a saucepan, heat the milk, sugar, cardamom and saffron milk.
Continue stirring until it boils, reduce heat and stir for 10 minutes
Add grated paneer, roasted nuts and third Sev and raisins.
Cook for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
Rub Some Jaiphal (weight) on the top
With some nuts and raisins served on hot, warm or cold.
Note to cool, then compresses a little milk if you want just before serving.
